Our team maintains strong associations in the Renewable Energy industry, enabling us to provide you with the latest breakthrough technologies and products of the highest quality. We devise inventive, technologically advanced solutions and provide our clients with multiple administrative approaches to diminishing their energy consumption and reducing environmental pollution.

   HVAC Systems Integration

Designed purely to conserve energy, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning applications that tie into the smart grid of a building enable occupants to control their activities via real-time feedback of their energy consumption.  Energy usage is measured and managed via Internet linked thermostats and HVAC systems. Hospitality clients can utilize this technology to remotely manage energy assets and monitor guests’ in-room energy consumption, enabling them to conserve energy and curb associated costs by not running HVAC in unoccupied rooms.

   Indoor Environment Air Quality problems

In office spaces, for example—are often caused by ventilation system deficiencies such as overcrowding, off-gassing, and outdoor volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Such deficiencies can ultimately lead to respiratory problems and Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). Following an air quality assessment, we create a space planning and redesign strategy. We partner with providers who manufacture materials that are GreenGuard® Air Quality Certified and meet GreenGuard® Standards, and choose the best materials for each project accordingly. SKYSS designs high performance spaces that enhance our clients' environments, health and productivity.

   Use of Recycled Content

SKYSS utilizes pre and post-consumer materials reproduced from the waste process to reduce the environmental impact of harvesting and processing original components.  We have various high-quality recycled materials at our fingertips, including steel, aluminum, plastics, cement, and lumber. Such re-use of recycled materials is essential for environmentally responsible redesign efforts, as it lessens our contribution to landfills.
